~Gulab jamun Dough~
Milk powder- 3/4 cup / 90g
Clarified butter/Ghee- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1 1/2 pinch (approximately)
Semolina/sooji- 1 tbsp / 10 g
Milk- 3 tbsp or as required (at room tempreture)
Plane flour/Maida- 2 tbsp /15 g
Oil/Ghee for frying
Sugar- 1 cup cardamom- 2 Vinegar/Lemon juice- 1/2 tsp
~Gulab jamun Syrup~
water- 1 cup
